Nero
Status Alive. Leads the construction crews rebuilding the Theater of Everlasting Peace under Albion and Terrassian decree, working around the clock with the promise of the queen's good graces.
Nero is a local roughneck who, with his partner Zaffir, leads the construction crews hired to rebuild the burned Theater of Everlasting Peace. He is vocal and sceptical: the old deadline is impossible, it is a scratch job, and if his crew works nights they will need protection, because the nights of Kormor Kirak hold threats outsiders cannot imagine. He sniffs the air when Jack Winbow is near and asks whether they have met.
